This Asian Chix Slaw looks amazing!

Asian Slaw (adapted from “What’s Gaby Cooking” blog recipe)
For the dressing:
 
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
3 TBSP Soy Sauce or coconut aminos
1 lime, juiced
½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 TBSP minced ginger (more or less to your liking)
½ serrano pepper (or more if you like it spicy)
For the slaw:
 
½ head red cabbage, thinly sliced
½ head napa cabbage, thinly sliced
1 yellow & 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup thinly sliced snap peas
6 green onions, thinly sliced
Shredded chicken or chicken sausages
Fresh basil
Fresh cilantro
Handful of crushed or slivered almonds or peanuts
Cut all the veggies up and throw them in a bowl. Throw all the dressing ingredients into a bullet or food process and blend until smooth and pour it all up on the veggie mixture…
